About Prints

Prints are made using the highest quality archival pigment inks using Epson printers. The papers that I print on include 100% cotton rag fine art papers such as Hahnemuhle heavyweight Photo Rag for unmatched matte prints, Hahnemuhle Fine Art Baryta paper for deep glossy prints, and Japanese style mulberry-fiber washi papers for unique, natural texture.

Each print is signed and numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The same information will be stated on the certificate that I include on each edition print. Unless otherwise noted, each edition will consist of no more than 30 prints, and prints will be made from an edition on-demand until that edition is closed. Other editions of the same image may be printed in different sizes, and likewise, if I decide to reprint an image with significant changes in my interpretation of that image. Each edition is printed with the intention of creating the fullest original expression of what I want for the image.

I make some of my work using alternative processes, primarily printing-out palladium (ziatype), cyanotype, and recently, gum bichromate. I make these prints in very small editions, or as unique prints. For information about the availability of original alternative process prints, please get in touch with me via this website's Contact page.
